Suzanne Mace Page

Suzanne Mace Page, 91, passed away peacefully Monday, March 9, 2026 at McLeod Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Marion Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Friday, March 13, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Richardson Funeral Home.

Suzanne was born in Marion, a daughter of the late Neil Marion Mace and Suzie Hall Mace. She is preceded in death by her husband Col. James Clyde Page. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Neil Marion Mace Jr., and a sister, Caroline Mace Williams.

Suzanne was a graduate of Winthrop College. After graduation she met her best friend and love of her life, Col. James C. Page who had just graduated from The Citadel. She was a devoted officer's wife and a very successful real estate salesperson. She was a faithful member of Marion Baptist Church, Daughters of the American Revolution, Garden Club, and bridge club, but her most important role of all was that of wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Surviving are her sons, James Clyde Page Jr. (Angie), Robert R. Page (Dianne), and Daniel B. Page (Karen); a sister, Sandra Mace Bell; grandchildren: Amanda, Dana (JT), Dawn (Dave), Chris (Ashley), and Robert; and great grandchildren: CJ and Drew Page; Charlie, Paige and Josephine Vitto; and Caroline Tribulla.
