Sydney Clingenpeel Obituary
Her maiden name was Westphall. She was born February 23, 1923 at home on a stump farm near Gresham, Oregon. She married Clifford E. Clingenpeel when she was 15 and he was 18 on June 25, 1938. They had 4 daughters starting with Edith Marie on July 13, 1939, Phyllis Ann on April 24, 1941, Suzanne Louise on June 29, 1943, and Rebecca Jean on December 7, 1944. Phyllis, Suzanne, and Rebecca all left this earth before their mother. Edith is the only one still living. Her husband Clifford died September 22, 1993 in Eugene, Oregon. Her sisters Phyllis Ann Wiseman passed away on October 27, 2022. Suzanne Brouner passed away April 29, 2021. Rebecca Demarais passed away July 14, 2021. Sydney had one older sister and a younger brother, both of them preceded her in death. She left 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a bunch of great great grandchildren.
