Sylvia Arredondo Obituary
Sylvia enjoyed shopping, gardening, cooking, doing her nails and socializing over the phone. She will always be remembered for her bigger than life personality, love for country music, her faith, sense of humor, love of laughter, being a dog lover and kindness. She will also be remembered for her strength, being an amazing mother, and her love for her family and especially her nieces. Sylvia was a loving mother, sister, aunt and cousin.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her father, Leobildo Longoria, mother Olivia Longoria, brother, Gerardo Longoria and sister, Gloria Longoria.
Sylvia is survived by her husband, Pedro Arredondo, children, Albert Aaron Cruz, Amber Faith Cruz and Crislyn Angel Cruz, brother, Rene Longoria, nieces and nephews, Lina, Vanessa, Judith, Laura, Stephanie, Victoria, Miriam, Jeremiah, Olivia, Orlando, Gloria and Jaelynn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Corpus Christi Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, 2409 Baldwin Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX. 78405. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Leo Ramirez, Jeremiah Longoria, Orlando Longoria, Sebastian Martinez, Isaiah Zuniga, and Joey Salazar.
