Sylvia Jean Brandt, age 91 of Highland, IL, died Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Well Care Home in Highland, IL.
She was born on Tuesday, June 13, 1933, in Caney, KS, the daughter of Ellis and Yvonne (nee Lambiotte) Stallard.
Sylvia was born in Caney, Kansas. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University and started a family. She started working in 1976 for the Edwardsville-Collinsville Board of Realtors, retiring in 2024. She moved from Edwardsville to Highland Home after retiring. She was very social and loved to talk to everyone. Sylvia was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. In her early years, she enjoyed making handmade blankets. More than anything, she adored her grandchildren.
