Sylvio served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and dedicated 20 years working for the United States Postal Service.
Sylvio is survived by his wife Paula Violette and his niece, Lori Violette of Atlanta.
A committal service will be held at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery later this fall. Arrangements in care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, ME 04769.
