T.F. Harold Currington, 81, of Malvern, went to be with the Lord on March 9, 2012 while at Arbor Oaks Healthcare & Rehab Center. He was born October 14, 1930, to C.P. (Clayburn Pink) and Virgil Anna Shockley Currington in Malvern. T.F.'s loves were his family, music, college football and his precious cat, "Miss Kitty". He was an avid musician who played bass with The Rocky Road Boys. He loved western swing and played for numerous social events. When he was a teenager, he was a projectionist for the Ritz Theater in Malvern. He was retired from Timber as a sawmill worker and a member of Third Baptist Church in Malvern and the Carpenters Union. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 58 years; Pauline Joan Ward Currington and twelve brothers and sisters. He is survived by his five daughters; Betty Lamborn (Richard) of Maryville, Mo., Joan Hahn (Dan) of Magnet Cove, Ar., Janice Nichols of Malvern, Ar., Gail Kenney (Richard) of Malvern, Ar. and Debbie Barton of Magnet Cove, Ar., Eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Pallbearers will include Ryan Kenney, Jeremy Chadwick, Brian Barton, Clint Wright, Mike Aydelotte, and Larry Fowler Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Young and Shawn Kenney Service will be at Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel in Malvern Thursday March 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Donis Smead officiating. Rev. Troy Smith will provide the eulogy. Visitation will be held Wednesday March 14, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Francios Cemetery in Malvern. Arrangements entrusted to Atkinson Funeral Home, Malvern, AR (501) 332-2711. Guests may register at www.atkinsonfuneralhome.net
