T. J. Harrell, 70, of San Angelo passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, in San Angelo.
Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, January 10, 2022, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Rev. Truman Johnson, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Public viewing will be form 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Robert Massie Funeral Home with a visitation from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Mr. Harrell was born on July 13, 1951, in San Angelo to Avant and Dora Bradley Harrell. He graduated from San Angelo Lakeview High School. T. J. served in the U. S. Navy from August on 1970 until his honorable discharge in July of 1974. After his service, he attended Angelo State University. He worked for Mitsubishi Aviation, Santa Fe Railroad, and Jim Bass Ford for over 10 years. T. J. was mainly known for being an exceptional home remodeler. He enjoyed spending time outside, fishing, target shooting and being with his family. Most recently he married Carole Harrell and she preceded him in death last week.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Buryl M. Harrell.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Harrell, and Dale Richardson, both of San Angelo; a daughter Elizabeth Ann Harrell and husband Michael McIntosh of San Angelo; four grandchildren, Lexie McIntosh and Isaac McIntosh both of San Angelo, Katelyn Richardson of Poth, and Peyton McIntosh of San Angelo.
