He worked under his Pastor Reverend Conrad Lashley who was the 2nd Pastor of this church. He was a choir director, Sunday school teacher, deacon, treasurer, trustee board member, Elder, and then elevated to the position of Assistant Pastor to his father in law Reverend Conrad Lashley in 1966. That same year following the home going of his Pastor, he became the 3rd Pastor of the Full Gospel Church Inc.
In 1969 Bishop Plummer was consecrated by the late Bishop Allen C. Miller to become the Founder and Chief Apostle of the United Council of Full Gospel Pentecostal Churches Inc.

I remember Bishop Plummer as a very kind man who was devoted to his wonderful wife and children.

His son Larry and I were childhood friends in Fairfield.

I wish the entire Plummer family and their friends peace during this time. Please know that you are in my prayers.
