Tabitha Jordan Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home on Dec. 31, 2025.
Tabitha S. (LaPointe) Jordan, 46, of Salem, New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of strength, love, and dedication that will be felt for years to come.

Born in Uijeongbu, Korea on December 23rd, 1979. Raised in Methuen, Massachusetts, Tabitha was the daughter of Arthur LaPointe and Chun Hui (Yu) LaPointe. She attended Methuen High School and shortly thereafter met the love of her life, Joshua Jordan. Together, they shared 26 years of marriage and 29 years together; built on partnership, hard work, and unwavering commitment to their family and community.

Tabitha and Joshua shared a deep passion for the restaurant industry, working side by side for many years. Together, they owned and operated the Mill Pond Tavern in Salem, New Hampshire, where they created not just a business, but a welcoming place filled with laughter, connection, and good food. During their time as owners, it was truly a family effort, with Tabitha's sister, Tracy, working alongside her, as well as her children, Samantha and Seth, at the restaurant. Tabitha took great pride in working alongside her family and in making others feel welcome.

A devoted mother, Tabitha was immensely proud of her children, Samantha and Seth. She cherished the time spent working with them and watching them grow. Family was at the center of Tabitha's life, and she valued the relationships she shared with each member of her family.

Most recently, Tabitha was employed at the Salem Auto Auction, where she was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and genuine nature. Throughout her career, Tabitha built lasting friendships and left a positive impression everywhere she went.

Tabitha faced life's challenges with quiet strength and perseverance. She approached every obstacle with humility, gratitude, and determination, often putting others before herself. She worked hard, lived fiercely, and loved deeply, touching countless lives in her 46 years.

Tabitha is survived by her loving husband, Joshua Jordan; her children, Samantha LaPointe and her partner and Seth Jordan; grandchildren, Rayne and Bennett Yonker; her parents, Arthur LaPointe and Chun Hui (Yu) LaPointe; her sister, Tracy LaPointe and her partner; her nephews, Jayden LaPointe, Matteo, Santino and Antonio Mallardo; her brother, Joshua LaPointe and sister-in-law; their children; her grandmother, Joyce LaPointe; her mothers-in-law, Joyce Jordan and Jan Ethier; her father-in-law, George Jordan and his wife, Deb Jordan; her sister-in-law, Cassie (Jordan) Pearsall and her husband, Jeff Pearsall; their children, Nicholas and Noah Pearsall; her brother-in-law, Zachery Jordan and his wife, Alessia Cherici; her extended family, including aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her beloved dogs, Ember Ann and Otto.
