Tadeusz Malawski

Tadeusz "Ted" Malawski of Hamilton, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the age of 91.
Ted was born in Wlodzimierzec, Poland in 1933 to the late Marcin and Stanislawa Malawski. He came to America as a young man and soon enlisted in the military, serving for over 7 years. After his time in the service, he became many things, among them a mechanic, a pilot, a farmer, a patriot, and a father. Ted was always proud to be an American.
He owned and operated Ted's Auto Service in Trenton and Hamilton for several decades and was widely known for being able to fix anything. When not under the hood of a car, Ted enjoyed having coffee and spending time with friends and family. This was what mattered most to him, and you always knew it. He was the person you could count on if you found yourself in a jam, no matter what the time. He will be remembered as a reliable and a trustworthy friend to many.
Ted enjoyed being in both the air and the sea, having owned airplanes and boats throughout his life. When he stopped flying, his ideal weekend was enjoying time on the water with his family in his prized boat named after his wife: The Sandra L. He enjoyed the simple things in life, the familiar things.
Most of all Ted will be remembered as being a hard worker, a great father, and supporter of his friends and family, whom he loved with all of his heart. Ted leaves behind, to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Sandra Malawski, his sons Brian Malawski and wife Jo Malawski, Kevin Malawski and wife Sarah Damiano and daughter Bailey Rose Malawski, Christopher Malawski and fiancée Sarah Hunsberger, and Wiktor Kowalczyk and wife Aneta Kowalczyk and daughter Paulina Kowalczyk.
Friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM at Murphy Funeral Home 1863 Hamilton Avenue, Hamilton, NJ. Burial will follow at BG William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery.
