Tammy--Starlette, my dearest friend,
As I ponder on today, and as I've done 4the past week....My heart aches with the weight of your absence. Our 30yr+ friendship, which rekindled over the years, brought so much joy and meaning to my life. I will forever cherish the laughter we shared, the late-night talks, and the moments that felt like a breath of fresh air..despite what was on your plate!! You had a way of brightening the darkest days and making every moment special...
Though you are no longer with us, your spirit will always remain in my heart. I miss you more than words can express. Thank you for being a wonderful friend. I will carry your memory with me always...
With all my love,
Stephenie G.

Tammy. What a loss. You were so real and such a joy. Even though I was Derek's cousin you and I said that we were cousins also. I loved talking to you on the phone. How we laughed and cracked jokes. Thank you for being you and all the joy that you brought to others. You had such a caring heart and you will be missed. Love you. Benee'

Tammie brought so much joy to my life. Her enthusiasm for spontaneity was infectious; I´ll never forget our unexpected road trip to Virginia Beach. When she said, "Let´s do it! Count me in!" I knew we were in for an adventure. We had a blast at Captain George´s, enjoying great food and the vibe of funk fest jazz on the beach. Her excitement even led us to Ollie´s department store, where her love for shopping shone through. I´ll forever miss my sweet Tammie, but the memories we shared will always hold a special place in my heart.
