Tammy was born on May 4, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Eugene E Sims and Frances B Sims nee Higgins.
She is survived by her loving husband: Randy Peters, Son: Ryan (Kelly) Baumgarte,
Granddaughter: Josephine Baumgarte
Nieces and Nephews: Katie Sims, Jessica Sims, Andy (Tracie) Sims, Cole Sims, Max Motherway, Julie Motherway, Curran Motherway, Brother: Thomas (Donna) Sims.
Tammy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, Mo, aunt and cousin. She was happiest when surrounded by her loving family. Everyone who knew Tammy, knew her undeniable love and pride for her son, Ryan, and granddaughter, Josephine. She will always be remembered for being an avid Dodgers fan, her stunning beauty inside and out and her ability to make a friend anywhere she went.
Tamara will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held in June 2023.

Hard to believe you are gone. I received a call around April 11th. I missed that call. I am sadly wondering what she wanted to say. Tammy was a beautiful and sweet person inside and out. She always thought of others. I went to school with her and worked at Von Maur with her. My prayers go out to the family. I will see you again Tammy. Love you.

She was one of the sweetest people I know. We went to school together and worked at Von Maur together. We shared the love of having a Josephine (Granddaughter). I missed a call from her around the time of her passing. I tried to call her back and never got her. I will always wonder what she had to say. I will see you again my sweet friend. Love and prayers to the family.
