Tamera is survived by her Sons: Timothy Ryan Slone and Jeffrey Hunter Slone; Brothers: Elisha "Grouch" Jacobs, Jeffrey "Jeff" Jacobs, Joey "Robbie" Sparkman, Dale Sparkman, Chris Jenkins, Jason Jenkins, Michael Paige; A Host of Beloved Nieces, Nephews, Family & Special Friends
Tamera is preceded in passing by her Husband: Jerry Lee Slone; Mother: Juanita Jacobs Jenkins; Adopted Mother: Joyce Jacobs; Adopted Father: Randolph Jacobs; Brothers: Timothy "Bo" Jacobs and Randolph "Jake" Jacobs Jr.
The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM on Wednesday October 15, 2025, and continue all day, Thursday October 16, 2025, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY. Service Thursday evening at 7PM.
Funeral Services will be on Friday October 17, 2025, at 11AM at the Funeral Home Chapel with Blaine Depoy officiating. Burial will follow at the Wallen-Jacobs Cemetery in Prestonsburg, KY. Tamera will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
