Tami Maxine Maxey, 67, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Tami was born on October 23, 1957, to Howard Hale and Laura “Lou” Roach in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Tami married Enoch Maxey on April 27, 1996, also in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Tami was a hardworking and strong woman. She worked in the healthcare field as a Licensed Practical Nurse and other positions for several years. She loved summertime and spending time at the river. She enjoyed shopping, browsing yard sales and collecting recipes. Tami loved her family fiercely and was the glue that held everything and everyone together. She was most happy when she was surrounded by family but her greatest joys in life were her grandchildren.

Tami is survived by her husband, Enoch; mother, Laura “Lou” Roach; two sons, Ian (Angie) Haynes and Drew Haynes; two sisters, Linda (Jearl) Griffin and Johnetta (John) Noel; six grandchildren, Austin, McKenzie, Brynn, Sophie, Ryker, and Colton; canine companion and best buddy, Baxter; along with numerous extended family and friends.

Tami was preceded in death by her father, Howard Hale and stepfather, Delbert Roach.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff.

Funeral service will be on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00am with Pastor Vernon Curry officiating. Burial will take place at Browns Chapel Cemetery.
