Ogdensburg- Tamika Rose George, 24, died on Friday, November 3, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on January 1, 1999, in Cortland, New York. The daughter of Matthew Allen & Jennifer Lynn (Montroy) George.
Calling Hours will held on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home.
Tamika graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy.
She is already tremendously missed by surviving members of her family including her children, Ava Rose and Kenneth William, her parents Matt & Jennifer George, her siblings, Megan Durant, Cody George, Tyler George, Joseph George, Melody George, and Carly George all of Ogdensburg. She is survived by maternal grandparents, Raymond P. & Sylvia Montroy of Ogdensburg, and a paternal grandfather, G. Nicholas George, also of Ogdensburg; along with several aunts and uncles.
She loved animals, enjoyed doing crafts, she had a passion for dancing in high school and was fond of social media.
Tamika was predeceased by both her birth parents, a paternal grandmother, Ruth A. George, a very special uncle, Spencer Montroy, and a cousin Derek Montroy.
Donations in her memory can be made in care of her children to Matt & Jennifer George, 415 Center Road, Ogdensburg NY 13669.
