Tammy was born on January 16, 1971, in San Diego, California to Richard Tardell and Bonnie Washburn Tardell. Tammy was a graduate from Royse City High School and East Texas State University and was a special education teacher. Tammy spent time teaching at Greenville ISD and Dallas ISD. Tammy loved children, she loved doing arts and crafts, especially making T-shirts and jewelry. Tammy attended the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Greenville. Tammy married Robert C. Cleghorn III, on September 7, 1996, in Greenville, Texas.
Tammy is survived by her dad; Richard Tardell and wife Patricia of Unicoi, Tennessee, sister; Amy Duprey and husband Tim of Santa Anna, California, best friend Cassie Miller and husband Mike of Richardson, Texas, niece; Rachel Mattingly Young, nephew; Nathan Mattingly, and many friends and considered family.
Tammy is preceded in death by her husband Robert Cleghorn III in 2012, and her mother Bonnie Tardell in 2002.
