Tammy Lynn Cropper, age 51, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 5, 2023. She was born to the late Tony Leebron Ireland and Janie Ireland, was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga Area and was of the Baptist Faith. Tammy has worked for the North American Credit Services for the past 6 years and was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cropper; son, Jesse Ford; and granddaughter, Skila Perkins. She is survived by her loving daughters, Kunashus (Phillip Knight) Ford and Pamela (Derick Hardin) Ford; sisters, Terri Ireland and Krista Heathcock; grandchildren, Trinity, Saphria, Larissa, and Jyson; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 19, 2023 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Delano Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday and prior to the service on Thursday. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel.
