Tammy Lynn Dalton, graced the world with her warm spirit on March 13, 1960, in Keyser, West Virginia. She departed this life on November 16, 2024, in Morgantown, West Virginia, leaving behind a legacy of love, friendship, and faith.
Tammy shared a cherished life with her husband, Stanley Dalton; sons: Tyler Elliott, who, along with his wife Lindsey, blessed Tammy with the joy of being a doting Gamma to Lincoln, Emilia, Liliana; son: AJ Dalton (Angela), who blessed them with Christal and Chelsea. Her nurturing light also extended to her mother, AnnaLee Hartman Wilkes, her aunts, Virginia Kaye Hartman Biddle and Winnie Dawson. Tammy's father, Ronald Wilkes, preceded her in death.
For over 21 years, Tammy dedicated her professional life to the service of Kingdom: A Community Church, where she worked as the church secretary. She was a pillar within the church, sharing her voice in the choir, leading with pitch-perfect enthusiasm, and teaching theatre to countless children. Her role as a 'mom' did not end at home, for she embraced all the kids in the band and theatre community with the same boundless love.
Tammy was the epitome of a loving, friendly, and faith-filled soul. Her unwavering positivity and generosity of spirit made her a beacon of light in the lives of everyone she touched. As we remember Tammy, we celebrate a life wholeheartedly devoted to her family, her church, and the many hearts she warmed as both a mentor and friend. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will forever resonate in the memories of those who loved her.
Although flowers will be accepted, those wishing may make donations to McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Rd. Westover, WV 26501 to help alleviate funeral expenses, which will be greatly appreciated.
