On February 10, 2025, Tammy Roberts took her final breath surrounded by family and friends. She left this world peacefully, just as she deserved, with the same fierce love and unwavering strength that carried her through every chapter of her life. While we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the incredible woman she was-the laughter, the love, and the unforgettable memories she left behind.
Tammy Roberts was a force of nature-fierce, loving, and unapologetically herself. She wasn't just one of a kind; she was in a league of her own. Tammy loved hard, fought even harder, and lived life on her own terms. No matter what battles came her way, she faced them with strength, humor, and a resilience that left everyone in awe.
She was warmth in human form-the kind of person who could make anyone feel at home with just a laugh, a hug, or one of her perfectly timed, off-color comments. To know her was to love her because she had a rare gift: she saw people exactly as they were and loved them without judgment. Whether she was cracking a joke, offering a shoulder to lean on, or just being her wild, wonderful self, Tammy made the world a better place simply by being in it.
Tammy is now reunited with her late husband, Tommy, and there's no doubt they've already picked up right where they left off-probably arguing, laughing, and loving in their own way. And if we know Tammy, she's already dancing, wind in her hair, and riding Harleys through the heavens, finally free.
She leaves behind her beloved children, Frankie Roberts (Kristy) and James Roberts (Stacy), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Alley, Madi, and Will Roberts, Emma and Thomas Roberts, and Ramsee Heindl and Ashlyn Lipham who were all the light of her life. Tammy and her granddaughter Alley shared an especially close bond, spending countless cherished hours together doing makeup, dressing up, and making TikToks that perfectly captured their love, laughter, and shared sense of fun. They had a connection that will live on forever and stand the test of time.
She is also survived by her loving mother, Ann Clayburn, her siblings, Louise Clayburn, Venessa Thomas, Jay Goss, and Krystal Tyler, and countless nieces and nephews who adored her. But Tammy's love didn't stop with blood-she had many dear friends, each of whom she considered family. If you were lucky enough to know her, you knew that once you were in her life, you had a place in her heart forever.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her father, Sonny Derrick, and her sisters, Patti Skilinski and Jimmie Lyn Clayburn. Her family, both by blood and by bond, was everything to her, and she made sure they always knew just how deeply they were loved.
Though her body grew tired, her spirit never did. She leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will never fade. While our hearts are heavy, we find peace knowing she is finally free of pain, watching over us with the same fierce love she always gave so freely.
Tammy was truly unforgettable. Rest easy, Tammy-ride free, dance wild, and know you will always be loved.
