Tammy LaNay Fullmer, 60, of Springville, Utah, passed away on April 1st, 2024. She was the wife of Joe H Fullmer.
Tammy LaNay Fullmer was born on May 17th, 1963, in Logan, Utah. She was the 2nd child of eight born to Ivan Kay Beane and Gayle Hanah Peterson. All though Tammy was born with a medical condition that slowed her learning, gave her a stutter, and caused her pain,  she loved life. She determinedly pressed forward seeking the treasured experiences that life had to offer.
Tammy loved her family. On occasion she would take care of her younger siblings when her parents where away. During these times she made sure they were not hungry, even if it meant spending her own money. In later life she would stop at the houses of her grown siblings and drop off the food she had purchased because she felt like they needed it.
During high school, Tammy joined Future Farmers of America (FFA). She enjoyed working with animals, especially goats and horses. Many times she gave rides to neighborhood kids and friends, and would let them pet the horse. Eventually she bought a truck so she could haul feed and hay.
Sometime after graduating from Springville High School Tammy started attending a singles ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. While in that ward she met Joe H Fullmer. After meeting Joe she said she knew he had a good heart and was a good man. Soon after that she saddled up her horse and rode over to his house where he was sitting outside. She asked Joe, “Why don’t you ask me out on a date?”. Joe responded saying she was “too young” to which she replied she was 23. Joe and Tammy soon fell in love and were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on October 1st, 1986. She loved her husband Joe with all her heart and despite many trials they walked joyfully together in this life for 34 years.
Tammy was preceded in death by her husband Joe H Fullmer, her father Ivan Kay Beane, and her mother Gayle Hanah (Peterson) Beane.
