Tammy Sue Moore, 60, of Fairview, OK, was born on January 3, 1965 to Thomas and Linda (Lee) Osborn in Spearman, Texas. She passed away peacefully on April 2, at her home in Fairview. No services at this time per her request. Tammy attended Fairview Public Schools. She went on to get her barbers license in Enid, OK and enjoyed cutting hair for many years. She married Michael Smith in Fairview, OK and they were blessed with two daughters Courtney and KayCee. She was working at the Fairview Funeral Home as a secretary and had been there for 20 years. Tammy really enjoyed her time working for Chanin and Vernon. Over the years, they became an important part of her family. Tammy had a lively sense of humor and she could always make you laugh. She was an avid animal lover and rescued many animals over the years. She enjoyed spending time with her best friend Beckey. They loved to run errands and go shopping. Her spunky personality and her hilarious one liners will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Tammy is survived by her two daughters Courtney Smith of Cordell, OK, and KayCee and husband Jayson Bartel of Fairview; three grandchildren Brogen Bartel, Tate and Morgan Atteberry and Tilly Bartel; as well as three great grandchildren Sterling Bartel, Bosstyn Bartel, and Weston Atteberry; father Thomas Osborn and wife Linda of Stillwater, OK; sisters Tracey and husband Gary Bowers of Fairview, OK and Tina Osborn and Colleen Nuszkiewicz of Edmond, OK. She is preceded in death by her mother Linda Bullock; maternal grandparents Mike and Wanda Holman and John S. Lee (Arkie); paternal grandparents T.E. (Buck) and Jewel Osborn and Ruth Osborn.
