Written by her family:

Tammy was a loving mother and granna. She always went out of her way to be there for her family. Tammy was known as a hard worker and a great co-worker. She always was going out of her way to make things easier for everyone. She loved her job as a lunch lady at Harmony for years. She couldn't get enough of cooking, so she worked at Cracker Barrel in the summer and on holidays. Tammy was a strong and mighty warrior. She fought and beat her first diagnosis of breast cancer in 2011. After being cancer free for fourteen years, she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in September. She was up against a tougher battle this time. In the beginning she was willing to tackle this enemy, but in the end it was a much larger battle than her body could handle. That is when she put the fight in God's hand and asked Him to finish for her. She has won the fight at last. She is celebrating in her new body (with no scars) in Heaven with her mom. She fought a good fight! She was a mighty warrior! This isn't a goodbye; it's a see you later kind of day. We love you!
