Tanner Justin Staggs

Tanner (22) was taken far too soon on 9/18 due to an act of violence. Although his time here was brief, his impact was profound and lasting.

Tanner was a proud business owner of Staggs Renovations. He found joy in helping people feel proud of their homes. His heart belonged to baseball, where he was brought countless memories with his father, Eric Staggs, who passed in 2018. He proceeded to play for Miami Valley Baseball League.

He cherished his family with a devotion that will be carried on forever. Those who knew Tanner will remember his warm laugh and welcoming presence. He had a gift of bringing a smile to a sad face. A light that will continue to guide his loved ones he leaves behind.

Tanner is survived by Mother, Donna Staggs; Long-term Partner, Ashlyn Cobern; Father Figure/Best Friend, Tony Mason; Older sister, Kaitlin Staggs (Jesse Ly); Younger sister, Skyler Staggs (Matthew Austin); and Grandparents, Donna Ellison (Mothers) & Barbara Staggs (Fathers).

A Celebration of Life will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

A Baseball Game will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025 to honor Tanner's Life. Once times and location is finalized the website will be updated.
