Tara was a very kind hearted person, a generous person, and a loving individual. She loved
music, one of her favorite songs was "Never Would Have Made It" by Marvin Sapp. She loved to dress up, to show off her hairstyles and her eye for fashion. She found every opportunity to adorn herself in the color pink, which suited her rosy disposition.
She is survived by her parents Sarah Kelley and Franklin Coggins, of Cincinnati, OH; Four children, Jayden Kelly, Maceo Parker, Lamario Kelly, and Tariana Williamson; Three grandchildren, Kayden, Ke'mya, and Macei; Four brothers, Jermichael Kelly, Jonathan Kelly, Franklin Peake, Stephon Peake, and a sister Jean Peake; Two aunts, Sandra Kelley-Hindsman and Amanda Robinson; grandmother, Jessica Malone, of Cincinnati, OH; and numerous cousins, and extended family and friends.
At this time, the family is not planning a service, however; does encourage those who knew her to celebrate her memory in their own way.
