Tara was born on June 8, 1982 in Nashville, TN to David Paul McFarlin and Twench S. Nivens. Tara is preceded in death by her mother, Twench S. Nivens McFarlin, son, Michael Schutt; daughter, Alyssa Schutt; grandparents, David Nivens, Ilda McFarlin and Charles McFarlin. She is survived by her sons, Mathew Schutt, Jaiden Schutt; daughters, Destinee Ramsey, Desiree Soto Rosa; brothers, Chad McFarlin, Chase Martin, sister, Jennifer and grandmother, Judy Chapel.
To know Tara was to love her. She was raised mostly by her grandparents who she absolutely adored, and she was a loving mother to her children and stepchildren. You never saw Tara without a smile on her face, she was always in a good mood and fun to be around. She was a hard worker and a great softball player. She was always willing to help others and be there for anyone when they needed help. She was a great friend to all that knew her. She loved life, her family, and her children.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Boyd Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Felts officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
