We were blessed to have George and Tavy as neighbors at Henderson Road for 7 years. She called me "Mr. Pace" even though I was only 28 when we moved in. She called my wife Shirley, even though her name is Cherie..........we didn't care one bit. Tavy was a gem. Tavy was ALWAYS bringing things over to our house from her garden (especially turnips and kale). George enjoyed talking and we did a lot of that. He would sharpen my mower blades on his grinder in the basement. Tavy could not do enough for you although she never stopped trying. She had a heart of gold. When our daughter was born, Tavy was like another mother next door. They always kept their yard in pristine shape and would help us with our own. We just can't say enough good things about Tavy and George. I wish there were more people in this world like George and Tavy Hein.
