Taylor Paige Long, 28, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. She was born in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, on February 28, 1997.

Taylor was employed with Roper Corporation for several years. She enjoyed listening to music, cooking, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs, but most of all, she treasured spending time with her family-especially her beloved daughter, Kyleigh.

She was preceded in death by her father, Randall Lee Long Jr.; her sister, Hailey Long; her grandfathers, David Dillard and Randall Lee Long Sr.; and her grandmother, Nelda Alexander.

Those left to cherish her memory include her fiancé, Justin Dixon; her daughter, Kyleigh Mayo; her step-son, Braxton Dixon-Burris; her mother, Penny Dillard; her sister, Meagan (Jared) Ball; her grandmothers, Carol Long and Pam Johnston; her aunts and uncles, Kristy (Daniel) Abernathy, Jeremy (Tiffany) Long, and Tony Daniels; cousins, Miranda (Jerrel) Adams, Falicia Blakemore, Christopher Daniels, Michael Daniels, Emma Taylor, and Amelia Blakemore; and her nephews, Daegan Long and Brayden Whaley.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 28,2026 from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, January 29,2026 in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory
