Ted Elmer Langley, age 72, passed away at his home on November 27,2024 with his life partner, Jesse Mealer by his side. Ted graduated from Kinder High in 1972, then worked different jobs until he found his passion as a detailer for All Star Buick. Ted was an avid grill master and comedian. He loved riding motorcycles and spending his nights by the fire.
He is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Ruth Langley of Kinder La.
Remaining to cherish his memories is his life partner Jesse Mealer, son Zeke Langley of North Carolina, and Jesse's children Ashley and Brennan Monk, Lindsey Murray, and Stephanie Mealer. He is also survived by Mark Langley and wife Jenny of Lake Charles, La. and sisters Anna McRae and husband Ralph of Kinder, La., Joy Mason and husband Joe of Alvin, Tx. Father-in-law Donald Polk of Glenmore, La. and three grandchildren Chandler and Bethany Langley of North Carolina and Thomas Mealer.
