Mr. Pete Davison, 68 of Sulphur, LA passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025.
Pete was a resident of Sulphur for majority of his life, following high school he enlisted into the United States Navy. He was enlisted six years, returning home as a Petty Officer 2nd Class.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for many years, serving as an usher for daily mass. He loved spending time with his family, and spoiling Vicki's great grandchildren, who affectionately called him P-Paw. He was best known for his spicy cooking, his peas and jambalaya were always in high demand. His hobbies included fishing and playing pool in the LCAPL pool league.
Those left to cherish his memories are a son, James Moores and girlfriend Bryley; sister, Ellen Albair; brother, Robert Davison; numerous nieces and nephews; His best friend and caretaker, Vicki Wright; and many extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan and Irene Davison, brothers, Jeffery and Brian.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, July 14, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sulphur, LA beginning at 11am, led by Father Tim Goodly. Visitation to begin Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9:30am with a Rosary to be prayed at 10am.
