Terry's passions were golf, travel, grilling, gardening and just being out in nature. Terry has a wonderful group of friends and was always organizing a golf tee time or lunch gathering with them. He didn't like to be still.
Terry and Jill Crawford met in 2003 and built a life together. They were able to travel and visit many beautiful places. The most special adventure was the month-long road trip to National Parks with grandson Donovon. He loved teaching and spending time with all his chosen grandchildren.
The greatest love of Terry's life was his son Justin. Among other things, they shared a love of golf. Terry was so proud of Justin's accomplishments.
Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Becker.
He is survived by his father, LLoyd Becker, son Justin Becker, life partner Jill Crawford, brother Steve Becker, sister Lisa Becker, nephew Zach Becker (partner Savannah, children Lexi, Trace, Hudson and Millie), Sarah Crawford and chosen grandchildren, Donovon, Kingston and Ellie. Terry also had so many friends he loved like family.
Donations in the memory of Terry may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, September 7 at 2 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home South, 441 W. Battlefield, Springfield.

I knew Terry way back in the day. Always saw him at Dillions grocery store. He was always so kind and like to talk catch up on things he would be greatly missed.
