Tony was born in Washinton D.C on September 08, 1967 to Terence Sr. and Veronica (Proctor) Harley and grew up in LaPlata, MD.
Tony was employed by the Ironworkers Local 5. He was an avid motorcyclist and enjoyed riding with his son, AJ, family and friends. He traveled as frequently as he could to Daytona Beach, Fl, Mrytle Beach, SC and more recently Sturgis, SD. He was a lifelong and devoted fan of the Michigan Wolverines and Washington Redskins.
Tony is predeceased by his daughter Brittany Fowler, brother Jason Harley, grandparents, Thomas Gordon Harley, Mary Blandie Proctor Harley, and John Welton Proctor, Sr, and Margaret Teresa Proctor. He is survived by his loving wife Jacklin Harley, Parents Terence Sr. and Veronica (Proctor) Harley, sister Julie Middleton, children; Trent Fowler, Sr. and Anthony "AJ" Harley, and Kaitlyn Harley, Grandsons; Jonathon Judy and Trent "TJ" Fowler, Jr, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family will receive friends on December 3, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Church, 9690 Shepherds Creek Place, LaPlata, MD 20646. Followed by Interment at Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13462 Poplar Hill Road, Waldorf, MD 20602 at 1:00 pm.
