Teresa Mariantonia (Arthur) Drexel of Brecknock Township, passed away on December 27, 2025. Born April 12, 1951 in Reading, she was the loving wife of Harold Lee Drexel, Jr. whom she wed on July 5, 1980, at St. Anthony of Padua, Milmont, PA.
She was the daughter of John J. Arthur Sr. (Elizabeth Seda Arthur) and the late Mariantonia (Bufano) Arthur whom she missed dearly. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church in Reading. Teresa was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, never missing a game. She took great pride in her home and family and lived life simply.
Her spirit will be carried on by her three daughters: Holly Reichardt, Shillington, PA, Angela McKerns, Reading, PA and Jenna Drexel, Brecknock Township. Her heart was full of love for her two grandchildren, Elizabeth Mohn Ocasio (Luis), Brecknock Township and Alex McKerns, Kutztown. She is happy to be joining her four-legged best friend Allie in heaven. Surviving is her dear brother John J. Arthur, Jr. (Sandra), Reading, PA and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Guiseppe J. Arthur and sister Brenda L. Arthur.In lieu of flowers please say a prayer for Teresa and shed no tears - just a smile.
Viewing will be held privately. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 7, 2025 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel of St. George in Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605 with entombment to follow.
