Teresa D. Fravel

Teresa D. “Terry” Fravel, 71, formerly of Mount Joy, passed away on Friday, January 10th, 2025, at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Ephrata, Teresa was a daughter of the late Clair T. & L. Lorraine (Buffenmyer) Lausch, and the loving mother of Janel N. (Redcay) Snyder.

Terry was a 1971 graduate from Ephrata High School. She worked as a nurse’s aide for the Pleasant View Nursing Home for over 15 years until her retirement. In her free time, Terry enjoyed crocheting and taking care of her flower gardens. Terry cherished her cats Tori and Smoki; and loved her family with all her heart. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Teresa is survived by a daughter, Janel N. (Joe) Snyder of Lancaster; grandson, Rodney “R.J.” Repass; four step-grandchildren, Audreyanna, Braden, Madelyne, Kellan; niece, Erin (John Mariakis) Rudy; & nephew, Mason (Meagan) Rudy. Terry is predeceased by sister, Jayne D. Good of Ephrata.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a service to begin at 11:00 a.m. at Gravenor Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc., 100 W. Main Street, Ephrata, PA 17522. Terry’s final resting place will be Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ephrata.
