Teresa hija de Lauro Salas y Angela Serrano nació el 20 de Septiembre de 1938 en villa Insurgentes , Zacatecas, México. Era una mujer a quien le gustaba cultivar sus flores en su jardín. Su familia siempre fue lo más importante. Ella trabajo Muy duro para sacar adelante a su familia. A Teresa le gustaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos y bisnietos. Lo mas importante era que sus hijos estuvieran unidos.
Los que quedan para honrar y celebrar su memoria son sus hijos Lola, Gela, Menchis, Yola, Carmen, Enrique, Alfredo y Verónica; 24 nietos y 18 bisnietos junto a una gran cantidad de amistades.
