Teresa Hill Obituary
Teresa Graham Hill, 70, of Abbeville, beloved wife of Terry Hill, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the Lakelands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born to Dorothy Hughes Graham and the late Bobby Graham, she brought joy and love to everyone who knew her.
Teresa was a proud graduate of Abbeville High School, Class of 1972, and later earned her Master’s Degree in 1995 from Southern Wesleyan University. She retired from Anderson Christian School, where she enjoyed many years serving the children and staff. As a cherished member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, she participated actively in the Senior Servants Sunday School Class, contributing to the spiritual growth of her community.
She is survived by her husband, Terry, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years; her mother, Dorothy ‘Dot’ Graham of Abbeville, SC; her son, B.J. Hill (Jacqueline) of Greenwood, SC; a brother, Ray Graham (Anita) of Greenwood, SC; a sister, Robbie Alewine (Jim) of Antreville, SC; and her two beloved grandchildren, Caleb and Weston Hill.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Teresa's life on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lighthouse Baptist Church, located at 2918 Hwy 72 E, Abbeville, SC 29620. The funeral service will commence at 3:00 PM, led by Rev. Dr. Robbie Burton, followed by burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 2699 Hwy 72 W, Abbeville, SC 29620.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Lakelands Rehabilitation Center and Agape Care of South Carolina for their unwavering care, support, and loving kindness shown to Mrs. Hill and her family during this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Hill to a charity of one’s choice.
The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this difficult time and can be found at their respective homes.
