She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Marie Weeks; infant son, Ernie Jones.
Teresa retired from the Whitfield County School system where she was a bus driver for 28 years in the Westside community.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Randall Jones of Rocky Face; daughter and son-in-law, Monica Jones and Josh Smith; sons and daughter-in-law, Chris and Daniela Jones, Jarrod Jones; sister, Beverly Shrewsbury; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tommy and Renay Ellis, Michael and Pat Martin; six grandchildren; special nephew, Steven Hite. Other family and friends also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home.
Inurnment will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
