Teresa McCaskey, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in her hometown of Salem, Ohio. Born on June 21, 1961, Teresa was a spirit whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.
She had a remarkable gift for fostering friendships and was never one to judge others. Her inviting nature made everyone feel welcome, transforming strangers into friends. Whether bonding over a game of cards or sharing moments while shopping, Teresa cherished her time spent with friends, always bringing laughter and joy to those around her. Her adventurous spirit kept her eager for new experiences and ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Animals held a special place in her heart, and she was known for her gentle care and affection for them. Teresa's laughter was infectious, and she dedicated her energy to making others smile, enriching countless lives with her generous heart.
The pride and joy of Teresa's life were her grandchildren, whom she adored deeply. Her oldest grandchild and Bestie, Tiffany Lutz, along with Luke Lutz and Alannah Lutz, filled her days with happiness and purpose.
