I worked with Teresa for a number of years at the Rochester DHS office. She was a lively presence, often cheerful even when she had a lot of stress going on in her life. I remember her bringing in large, beautiful, showy dahlias that she had grown so the rest of us could enjoy them too. It is sad to learn that she is gone much too young.
