A celebration of life will be held August 23, 2025, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 235 S. Main Street in Woodstock, VA at 1:00pm. Pastor Stephanie Heishman-Litten will officiate.
Teresa was born on August 8, 1962 in Woodstock, VA, the daughter of Joyce D. (Stickley) Ridgley and the late Ronald L. Stickley Sr.
In 1980 Teresa graduated from Central High School. She worked at Aileen in Woodstock after graduation, then later went to Bryce Realty, and lastly worked for the Free Press.
Teresa enjoyed crocheting to give and sell to people. She loved to play bingo. When she was younger, Teresa enjoyed swimming at the local pool.
Besides her father, Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Shane L. Ritenour and her stepmother, Lorraine K. Stickley.
Teresa is survived by her mother, Joyce D. (Stickley) Ridgley of Woodstock, her sons Josh Stickley of Woodstock and J.J Ritenour and fiancée Chasity Fadeley of Woodstock, two grandchildren, Brayden Ritenour and Winter Ritenour. She is survived by a brother, Dennis Stickley and wife Corrine, her sisters, Rhonda Stickley and Crystal Stickley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 235 S. Main St. Woodstock, VA.
