Terrance “Terry” L. Loker, age 73, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on September 30, 2025.
Terry was born on November 15, 1951, son of the Lester and Joyce (Rolph) Loker. He graduated from Mineral Point High School and attended UW-Platteville, where he received his degree in Criminal Justice. Terry served as a patrolman for 30 years with the Oshkosh Police Department including time on the SWAT team. He married Paula Curtis (King) on October 26, 1991.
Terry was an avid sports fan – his favorites being the Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Brewers; rarely missing a televised game. His family and friends were always a big priority in his life. Terry especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and watching them grow. He liked playing Euchre with whoever would play with him (especially when he won). His canine companions over the years brought him much joy.
Terry is survived by his wife, Paula; stepsons, Ryan (Lisa) Curtis, and Joe (Melissa) Curtis; grandchildren, Jacob and Kristin; siblings, Ron, Mark (Nancy), Dave, and Julie; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Pam; brother, Dan; and nephew, Eric.
A celebration of life will be held for Terry on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh.
