GARNER, Terresa D. “Terre”. Loving mother of Bill Stidham-Garner. Daughter of the late Bill and Von (nee Sparks) Garner. Dear sister Sandy (the late Bob) Henry, Jim (Kathi) Garner, Sean (Holly) Garner, John (Penny) Garner and the late Lona Hankey and Bill Garner Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and foster children. As an ordained minister, Rev Garner served in a number of churches in Texas and Ohio including years of service to the Carthage Christian Church. Her Christian mission in her later years focused on children and families. She served as an advocate in state and national arenas. A Memorial Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday, January 31st from 12 Noon until Funeral Service at 1:30PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to The Ohio Federation for Children’s Mental Health or charity of donors choice.
