Terry Lee Ansel

Terry Lee Ansel, 71, entered his eternal home on Sunday, March 1, 2026 with his family present. Terry was born December 14, 1954 in Reamstown, Pennsylvania, the son of Warren and Elizabeth (NEE: Gerhart) Ansel. On February 25, 1995, he married Margaret Jaskot in Lancaster, PA. In 2017, Terry retired from Case New Holland where he worked as a machinist. Terry was an outdoors enthusiast who loved gardening, hiking and birdwatching. He was also a published genealogist and talented artist who carved and painted realistic wooden ducks. Terry will be deeply missed by his wife Margaret (Maggie), his son Daniel and daughter Katherine (Francis) Grey, along with his brothers and sisters Thomas (Nina) Ansel, Diane Fichthorn, Ted (Nancy) Ansel and Joanne MacMurray, sister-in-law Linda Ansel, his eleven nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his parents and brother Timothy Ansel. A Memorial service will be held in Terry's hometown of Reamstown, Pennsylvania.
