Terry Lee Davis was born January 11, 1967 in Tunica, Mississippi. He was the son of John Davis and Sallie B. Taylor.
The family relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana, where Terry attended Arlington High School, and he graduated in 1985.
In 1986, Terry enlisted to serve in the United States Army, where he completed a four-year tour of duty. After earning an Honorable Discharge, Terry embarked upon a career in food services. He was employed in the food industry as a lead cook for several restaurants.
Terry professed his life to Christ at a young age. Over the years, he attended various churches in the greater Indianapolis area.
Terry loved and cherished his only begotten son, Devin.
Terry Lee Davis departed this earthly life on November 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Davis, Jr. and Salle B. Davis, his grandparents, L. D. Taylor and Sylvia B. Taylor, and John Davis, Sr. and Irene Davis, and his brother, Roderick Davis.
Terry Lee Davis is survived by his son, Devin; his sisters, JoAnn (Tony), Linda, Sherry June, and Ashley; brothers, Johnny (Tricia), Jimmie (Wanda), and Tyrone (Sarah); his stepmothers, Annie Lois Davis, and Dorothy Brewer, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
