She was born on June 15th, 1949, in Arlington, Virginia to Carl C. Elmore and Urania Elmore.
Terry was a resident of Panama City for over 60 years. Terry was Baptist by faith and grew up as a member of Westview Baptist Church. Later on, she was diligent in her service to the Lord as a member of Highland Park Baptist Church, where she loved to study the Bible and sing as a member of the choir. Terry had a Bachelor of Education degree and taught for many years in the Bay County School system and also taught illiterate adults for several years. Terry loved to crotchet and give her creations of doilies, Afghans and tablecloths away to both family and friends.
