Terry Ramon Gregg was born on March 1, 1956, the fourth child of the late Tommy Lee Gregg and Virginia Spence Gregg.

He lies here in serenity for a job well done.

He proclaimed his faith at the age of 10 at David Chapel Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor James Obey.

Terry grew up in Austin and attended Sims Elementary, Web Junior High and graduated from LBJ High School.

No matter what the occasion, Terry was the life of the party. He was indeed a character and was known for his infamous Captains hat.

He was called home on August 11, 2025 to join his mother, Virginia Spence Gregg and his father Tommy Lee Gregg Sr.

He leaves behind two brothers, Tommy Jr. (Speedy) (Jan) and Arthur; two sisters, Helen Roberts (Larry) and Carla Scales, one surviving aunt, Delores Gregg Duffie and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr Terry was such a sweet and gentle soul. Each time I visited my Grandmother at the nursing home he would make sure to come out and say hello. Always greeting me with a smile and a dap."
He was a funny guy, always making someone laugh or smile. His smile and laughter were contagious. I loved seeing him, each visit and especially to see his Captains hat or his Longhorn gear! You will missed Mr Terry. Rest in paradise.
