Terry Hines Obituary
Terry Hines, 75, of Huger, South Carolina, husband of Kathy Barnett Hines entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
Terry was born December 14, 1946, in Spartanburg, SC. He is predeceased by parents Annie Case Hines and Joe Davis Hines, as well as a brother, Kendal Hines.
Terry graduated from Spartanburg High School in 1964, and graduated from Georgia Tech in 1969 with a degree in Building Construction. Terry was commissioned to the Coast Guard and served as Lt. JG. He returned to Spartanburg after his service, and worked for Hines Construction.
Terry moved to the Isle of Palms, and in 1988 started Terry Hines Construction in Mt. Pleasant working along with his dear friend Walter Owens.
Terry is survived by his wife, Kathy Barnett Hines.
The family would like to thank previous clients and businesses that made his company a success. Services will be announced at a later date.
