Terry J. Jaegers, age 66, of Linn, went to heaven on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at his residence.
Terry was born on July 11, 1958, in St. Louis, a son to the late Edward and Shirley (Wolfe) Jaegers.
On May 8, 1993, he was united in marriage to Mathilda Holtmeyer in Jefferson City. Mathilda survives at their residence.
Terry owned and operated TJ&S Cleaning Service for 32 years until his health declined.
Terry enjoyed building classic cars, going to flea markets and swap meets, watching car races, and playing his guitar. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He was always willing to help anyone. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife of 31 years, Terry is survived by his three children, Tonya (Randall) Melroy of Loose Creek, Tosha Jaegers of Sterling, Kansas, and Jason (Julia) Jaegers of Linn; three stepchildren, Nicole Flanery of New Bloomfield, Chad Luebbering and significant other, Melissa Gerling of New Bloomfield, and Tracy Luebbering and significant other, Eric Pendleton of New Bloomfield; 5 grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren; 4 great grandsons; 2 great step grandchildren; a niece and nephew, Lisa (Matt) Veltrop of Taos; and Richard (Joyce) Jaegers of Linn; along with many friends.
In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Jaegers and a nephew, Scotty Jaegers.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Morton Chapel in Linn. Private Funeral Service will be held. Interment will be held in Linn Public Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Family of Terry Jaegers.
