Terry "T-Ball" Arthur Lloyd, age 82, of North Mankato, Minnesota passed away peacefully on August 8, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Visitation will be 2:00-4:00pm Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Mankato Mortuary. Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Hooligan’s in Mankato. To leave a condolence for the family, visit his obituary at www.mankatomortuary.com.
Terry was born on February 26, 1941 to Ralph and Luva (Perkins) Lloyd in Mankato, MN. He was the youngest of 6 children. Terry graduated from Mankato High School in 1959. After high school, he enrolled in the U.S. Army for two years. After returning to Mankato, Terry and his brother Harry built and managed several mobile home parks. Terry owned and managed the Eagle Lake Mobile Home park from 1978-1996 when he retired and moved to North Mankato, MN.
Terry married the love of his life, Jeanine, in 1970. They had two beautiful girls, Dina and Barbara. Terry and Jeanine enjoyed life together; curling, fishing and dancing the Lindy. They spent many hours walleye fishing at the Lake of the Woods. Terry also loved to hunt for geese, ducks and pheasants.
Terry is survived by his loving wife Jeanine, and his two children, Dina (Chris) Landphair and Barbara (Michael) Stuve; and four grandchildren Madelyn, Hunter, Ty and Ayden. All of whom will miss their grandpa greatly. He is preceded in death by his mother Luva, father Ralph, and step dad Sam Walton. Terry was also preceded in death by his brothers James and Harry; sisters Nancy, Helen, and Lois; as well as a son-in-law Kevin. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
