Terry Place

Terry E. Place, age 53, of Toledo, died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 21, 2023. He was born June 5, 1969, to Donald and Sharon (Arnold) Place in Toledo. Terry was a loving and caring husband, PaPa, brother and friend. He loved spending time with family and friends. He would always spoil his great grandchildren with sweets while playing with them. He was the “Rocker” with his music and even had the looks. Terry was a talented artist who could play the bass guitar and trumpet as well as draw and paint. He also loved playing pool and had a green thumb.

Mourning Terry’s passing are his wife, Mary Garza Place, three stepchildren, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, brother, Lonnie (Charity) Place, sisters, Amy (TJ) Pyburn and Kelly Harder Lenz, sisters-in-law, Terri Webb and Maria (Nicholas) Wohn IV, brothers-in-law, Salvador (Kelly) Garza Jr, Reynaldo (Amy) Pina, Aunt Doreen (Ed) Weber and Dawn Eickholt, along with cousins, a niece, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, mother-in-law Patricia Pina and father-in-law Salvador Garza Sr.

Terry’s life Celebration will be Saturday March 4 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 am in the Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio, where the funeral will begin at 11 am.
