Terry Lee Propst, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, passed away on March 26, 2026, at his residence, surrounded by his loved ones, at the age of 74. He was born on October 26, 1951, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to the late Chal and Mae (Clements) Propst.
Terry is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie Propst; his children, Polly Propst, Michael Propst (Miranda Valleroy), and Cameron Propst (Santina Stock); his cousins, Jerry Barks (Glenda) and family, Karen Barks and her family, and the family of the late Larry Barks; his special friends, Chuck and Kim Pfaff; and his faithful canine companions, Lagertha and Fiona
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousins, Scott Barks and Larry Barks (Kay), as well as his canine companions, Rusty and Tatz.
Terry spent most of his life farming and later worked for many years at Gilster-Mary Lee Corporation. He was a member of the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting of all kinds, especially deer, turkey, and small game.
A graveside service will be held at Sedgewickville–Lixville Lutheran Cemetery on a date to be announced.
